Terms of our Auction Sale

  • All Bids are offers to buy!
  • Registration is required when a bid is placed.
  • 10% Buyer's Premium is added to final price.
  • We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Discover or good local checks.
  • All Sales Final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • *We are not responsible for omissions or errors.
  • All purchases are subject to 8.375% sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please let us know and send your tax id number at the time of purchase.

What happens when you place an online bid:

  • After your bid is received and accepted, the "Current Bid Amount" of the item is adjusted to a $10.00-25.00 increment (depending on the starting bid of the item). So the current bid of each item may not be the highest bid amount that we have received at that time. When you bid we will tell you if you are successful or if your bid is under the highest bid amount.
  • This is a silent auction, the bidders identities are not revealed.
  • We will notify you by email or phone if you have been outbid on an item.
  • We will notify you within 3 days after auction's end if you are the winning bidder.
  • Payments are required 5 days after auction's end.
  • We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Discover or Paypal for online bids.
  • Shipping & Handling & Insurance is not included in the bid price and will be added to final price when the bidder is notified.
  • We have the right to refuse any and all bids.
  • All Sales Final. We are not experts so if you have any questions regarding the item or its condition please email us 24 hours before auction end.
  • Online bids will only be accept until midnight day before the auction.
